Summer Smoothie with Mooala

Jaxton takes after his momma in many ways especially when it comes to having a sensitive stomach. I was diagnosed lactose intolerance as a young child, even now having the smallest amount of whole, skim or 2% milk puts my stomach in knots. Jaxton was also showing the same side effects (cramping, abdominal pain, bloating the works) when we tried to transition him to whole milk.

When I came across Mooala, this product was a saving grace. Not only is this plant based and dairy-free product perfect for making our favorite smoothies (favorite smoothie below) but J loves to drink the banana milk alone too!

Banana Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup Mooala Vanilla Bean Almondmilk
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein mix (optional)
½ cup of ice (if not using frozen fruit)
